Indeed it is! We are starting to just get settled in our new digs. We will be renting a little casita here in the Duke City near the University area. I'm so excited. Because my dad is my landlord I got to pick out paint for the interior (but don't have to do any of the painting ;D). Woohoo! The flooring in the kitchen & sink in the bathroom also needed replacing so I helped out with those choices, too. So much fun. We're hoping to move in sometime this week!
Autumn will be upon us soon, so for The Pink Elephant's Color Challenge this week (red, yellow, black & white) I went with a fall theme.
I used Jenni Bowlin & Webster's Pages paper.
Hope you all in the U.S. are enjoying your Labor Day Weekend.

Decorating a house is definitely fun!!
Your card is cute! I like how you used fabric to make those trees!
That's fabulous that you get to paint and pick out flooring! It always makes such a difference in making the place "yours".
Do you scrapbook as well? These cards are just amazing! Love it. Glad you are getting settled in! ;)
Congrats on your new place. I would love living in a college town. They all have a cool vibe.
That card is smokin' hot. I love the trees. You must submit this to a card magazine. It is over the moon.
Absolutly `Gorgeous` Tina TFS:)x
