Quinata Academy

In 2001 I gave birth to my son, Cristian. Of course, it changed my life, as it does every mother's life. I had thought that when it was time for Cristian to start school, he would go to school outside our home as the majority of children. Little did I know, God had other plans. Cristian was and is a very active, creative, curious child who loves to explore with all five senses. A chair in a classroom couldn't hold him, physically nor educationally. So, when he was four years old, we chose to school Cristian at home. It has been a life changing decision that naturally involved Isabella when she became school aged. We don't believe home schooling is a choice for everyone, it is just a choice that is a great fit for us and our lifestyle. We call our school Quinata Academy, and thus far it has two students, Cristian and Isabella. Our classroom is literally the world.
