Great Love

How is your New Year developing? Our's is sure to be full of changes and travel with our upcoming move to Texas.

Today we're going to give my beloved's Christmas present for a whirl. Literally. I got him a Cuisinart Ice Cream Machine. So, we're going to make chocolate ice cream today. Mmmmm.

This is a card I made last night with a quote from Mother Teresa. Thanks for taking a look!

I used:

background paper Mell Caetano (digital designer)
black damask paper The Paper Studio
pink floral, black damask & black polka dot paper Jenni Bowlin
pink polka paper Shel Belle Scraps (digital designer)
journal tag Pixels & Ice Cream (digital designer)
vintage buttons
Target ribbon

We've been stationed at Ft Hood and San Antonio and I went through training at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo. Are you going to any of those 3? Or maybe Ft Bliss....

Hi Tina! I really love this card! I love the shaping at the bottom, the distressed, shabby look of it and how you used the printed paper. Great quote too!

Prettay, Prettay! (bad spelling intended in order to attempt to convey a super lurve for the card)

Where in TX? I have scads of family in TX. Now I'm hungry for BBQ and Tex Mex and my cousin's Texas Sheet Cake. Look what you've started!

Love the way you mix so many different brands, styles and elements into a cohesively beautiful card!
