PaperBlooms Challenge: Resist Embossing

I figured I would work myself out of the box a little this week for the PB Challenge. So for the resist embossing challenge I made a spool bouquet. A couple weekends ago we were in the Duke City & I found a booklet of die cuts at Michael's by Carolyn Gavin comprised of paper flowers, birds, and butterflies. It was even more intriguing because I had a 40% off coupon ;) So, I used it in this week's challenge, running it through my CB with the Swiss Dots folder & sanding. The little tweety is also from this line. To add to it, I used a CB Cuttlekids die & cut out the tulip before embossing & sanding. And fussed up one of Leah's PaperBlooms with a vintage faceted button. A scrap of tulle, a tag & some Melissa Frances completes the bouquet.
