vaya con dios, mi amor....

The kids and I said good-bye to Ron at 7:30 this morning. He's on a flight right now back to South Korea to finish his tour. Thank you all so much for your well wishes. We did, indeed, have a wonderful time with one another. We didn't do anything extra ordinary for many, but we just spent time together & that was extra ordinary for us. :) So, as soon as I have a date when he gets back it will be on my ticker on the right.

I know you all are, but please continue to pray for our soldiers (mommies & daddies; wives & husbands; sisters & brothers; sons & daughters) in Iraq & Afghanistan & their families. Thank you & God Bless You

So glad you had a good time with your man, but sad for you that he had to go back. I know it's part of the drill, but it's never easy to see them go. I'll be praying for time to fly until he's back in your arms, Tina ;)

Hi Tina~
Okay, all day on Monday I was sad for you because I was thinking that it was the day he was leaving. UUUGGGHHH! I am sure you had a wonderful time with him home, just being together. Ordinary days are the special ones. Hopefully this next part will go quickly. Can't wait until I see the next ticker on your sidebar.

Love your latest cards/girls the two of you created! I wish my hubby could relax long enough to color with me! For some reason, it's not in his nature.... You are lucky!

I hope this week goes quickly for you, seems like it might be a long one for ya. I can imagine that it will be a good one to get behind you. I will pray that God is with the both of you!

Yes indeed! God will be by his side and will protect him during the time he has to spend there.

That must be hard to have that reunion and then part again. Thank YOU for all you do and know that we pray for you, military wives, regularly. I think you might need a flat daddy. My sister really does like having it. I think it is comforting to her. She watches tv and he is kind of there.

It still just grabs my heart when I read the title of your last post...

Have you ever visitedhttp://accordingtothebook.blogspot.com/

On the right hand side of his page he has a military prayer request, I thought of you the entire time I was reading it.

One weekend down, hopefully you were able to spend some wonderful time with your kiddos. Give them a big kiss for us and tell them thanks for sharing their daddy with us.
